Families can self-refer or be referred through government and non-government agencies. If you are referring from another service, we recommend that you contact Family Support Network on 02 6621 2489 for an initial discussion with our team prior to submitting a referral. A family must be informed of and agree to the referral before proceeding with the referral process.
